Hi sir, you're right ive lost my vaccination booklet because we transferred from 3 different houses in the past and according to my mom she can no longer where she kept it. IPV was quite expensive, i have tried to asked some hospitals about the cost of this vaccine and they've quoted that it ranges from 2k-2500. However, it is not available right now. Sir do u have any idea if opv can be accepted for school reqts?? Some of my friends suggested it.
Better proceed for serology as you can have proof of your immunization. And for sure it will be a requirement for school should you lost your child immunization card.
only influenza, DTAP (Boostrix) immunization are required for immunization, the MMR,varicella, and Hep B serology are required. This is what I did.
I hope this helps you.
Yes, Vinceauh is right. Take serology to prove your immunity since you don't have a record anymore to prove it. Use your ETEA vaccine/serology checklist to know whether you need to have both vaccine and serology or serology only for a specific immunization. Vax requirements between schools or states varies a bit but pretty much the same. If you have any doubts it is best to coordinate with your school to have a solid reference.

Hi sir thank you for answering my queries.. I already talked to my school coordinator through phone but they were as clueless like me.they even suggested to check it online regarding the situation.hays..i also explained everything to them but i guess they werent open for explanation..i checked all the drugstores and hospital here in the metro and there is only one.vaccine left for IPV and because of that it cost 2500..its so hard to cough off that kind of money..hihih..all of them told me since last year IPV were out of stock.

hi everyone,,
i just have some question regarding the " Certificate of Good standing at PRC ".
because my brother requested it on my behalf since I am working here abroad.
I asked him to send the copy (picture of it via fb messenger) of that COGS and I have found out that PRC stated that the COGS was for "employment abroad/purposes".
i am not sure if there is an option to tick on the request form for COGS at PRC for employment abroad, reference purposes etc.
can someone here gives me a head up if these COGS will be accepeted by AHPRA ? or should I ask my brother to request another COGS which stating " for whatever purposes it may serve?
thanks and GODBLESS

Hello! You can choose others and specify AHPRA. PRC is already familiar with the Australian Health Practitioner Agency. Last time I went there, once you have your COGS, they will endorse you to a DHL branch just across PRC.
Hello, Could you please tell me when you submitted your AGOS40. i submitted mine at 2nd march.thnx
My application was submitted second week of Jan 2017. I got my letter from AHPRA last Feb 27, 2017. If you are applying outside Australia, normally, it takes 4-6 weeks to process or it may even take longer if their is significant number of AHPRA applications.
