The NMBA has found nursing and midwifery qualifications issued by education institutions in the following countries are unlikely to meet the requirements for criterion 2 and/or criterion 3 because education institutions and/or nursing and/or midwifery education programs are not subject to systems of regular external review described above. The advice applies to both nursing and midwifery qualifications unless specified otherwise:

Applicants who hold a nursing or midwifery qualification issued by an education institution in one of these countries are only required to arrange for the relevant supporting documentation if they believe their qualification does meet the requirements for criteria 2 and 3. The documentation must be sent directly to AHPRA from the education institution (for criterion 2) and the authority or agency responsible for the accreditation or recognition of your program of study (for criterion 3).
The NMBA will refuse you registration if your qualification does not meet the requirements for criteria 2 and 3 or you do not provide the relevant documentation. However, you may be referred to an NMBA-approved bridging programif your qualification meets criteria 1, 4, 5 and 7 and you meet all registration standards.

I would like to ask,I need an advise I took OET exam twice and within 6 months between two exam. I satisfy the requirement of APHRA and ANMAC. My question is after bridging program leading to Australian RN and apply for ANMAC, and completed the assessment. I would like to ask if I apply for Independent Skilled Visa 189. Can I receive the 10 points for language competency. I am thinking if they will award the 10 points for language competency if i have 2 OET exams taken within 6 months. I am referring to the following website which doesn't mention that OET result can combine with two sittings. I am referring to the following website:
How can I prove I have competent English?
Thank you for your comment.
Hi! Im just new in this forum and ive found it to be a very helpful tool in applying for aphra registration. If you dont mind, i would like to ask if you have any idea of what possibly can be done if you are unable to secure a statement of service from your employer that contains your job description and number of hours rendered? I worked previously in saudi arabia and unfortunately they refused to release me a detailed statement of service.
I look forward for your replies..

Wow! You're a savior Khriza! Thanks! Will that also supplement the job description? our HR is advising me to just download and print the IJD from our computer system which, unfortunately, doesn't have their signature or stamp.
