Greetings. I have 2 questions..

1. Is there anyone who have the recent AGOS 40 form? As far as I can understand, the proof of identity documents that they are asking are all applicable for Australian based documents. What do we need to tick in the proof of identity sections then? (Basically I'm a new applicant and I definitely don't have an Australian passport, nor an australian visa on my current passport)

2. How much does ICHC from fit2work costs?

Hello that took so long, when I applied before in AHPRA, it took them only one month to assess and in one month time only, I received my LOE.. I saw one question here, in regards to sending the documents, do not worry because whichever territory you sent your documents, even in different territories,it will still reach your registration officer assigned to you..👍👍
