I got mine here in melbourne

Hi Sir! I would just like to ask if you had a difficult time looking for vaccines there? Apparently I'm having a hard time getting a Polio vaccine here in Manila :( I'm for ETEA's June intake..

I didn't had a hard time but the thing is I'm not sure how much it would cost around here in Australia because I got mine for free since I got medicare which is our medical insurance here as a permanent resident.

hi, im a newbie here and i've been reading threads about agencies who offer financial assistance for those who cannot provide for the IQNP/IRON program. I have been contemplating between education linkages (partnered with civicija lending corp) and Philman (with sunprime fiance inc) can someone scrutinize and lay out the pros and cons of these agencies? more importantly the amount of interest you have to face as you sign the loan from them?

I currently obtained my LOE from aphra and my next step is to scout for an agency who can provide the cheapest loan possible.

Philman offers two schools: lonsdale institute that requires you to pay for a tuition fee of (1300aud plus 5500 accommodation fee); they have monthly intakes by the way. the other school's la trobe unviversity (12500aud tuition fee) however they have eradicated their 2nd intake for this year and has moved it to jan of nxt year.

on the other hand, ive learned that education linkages ties up with monash university. however i dont have a deep knowledge about their terms and condition.

hoping for anyone to shed some insights about my concern.

thank you.

hi can you tell me more about the loan you have signed up for the monash iqnp offered by education linkages? i believe the agency is tied up with civicija lending corp? can you post or pm me their terms and condition? thank you

hi rabuslon,

I have a question regarding the Skilled Migrant Visa, did your partner get to work in Aussie prior to the BP? cause I've read in workpermit.com that one of the requirements for a person to apply for the migrant visa is if you've worked atleast a year in Australia for those under SOL.

@Tonyang

I'm not sure about the current price but I inquired about their BP 2 months ago, its a total of 10 weeks. 3 weeks of classroom and 7 weeks of clinical placement. They will assign students for placement once all of the vaccines and tests are completed, unfortunately IHNA has no hospital of its own but it is affiliated with different hospitals around melbourne like John Fawkner Private hospital, If the immunizations and other requirements are not completed before the deadline, I think that is the time that students experience problem on having clinical placements. When my partner started her visa was visitors visa which is 600 I think and then after her BP she applied 190 skilled migrant visa since she already have her registration in ahpra.

hi! ive read that you've had your bp in monash university? how was it? can you share some of your experiences, tips also maybe? did you apply through education linkages? is the price reasonable? where did you stay during your clinical placements? I am in jitters since im about to enroll in monash trough EL. thank you. your reply would definitely be a great help in shedding some insights.

When we applied for skill migrant visa we are not asked to have a local experience and the only experience that we have shown was our hospital experience in Phil. which is 2 years. I am not sure about the regulations on this year because I think every year they are changing or adding up things in their requirements.
