Hi there,You can inquire with the Australian Embassy in UAE their notarial cost. I think it's about 27 Australian dollars per document. Even if you go to our embassy for notarial service it may cost roughly the same.
Hey, SimpleClaudia.. :) I am just awaiting the documents from school and DHA, PRC and the rest is ready for notary, good thing the aus embassy is doing it, lining up in our embassy is a day's work. Lol Thanks for that! 🙂
Hi there! You should print the instructions for school accreditation and the letter template. What I know was the letter is attached with your school pertinent documents sealed in the envelope and to be sent directly to IQN by your school. The applicant can mail the sealed envelope For the school. Do the same with your PRC good moral. Send it ahead of time before submitting your application paper. Good luck.
what do you mean by instructions for school accreditation? and what is IQN? is that APHRA? sorry if I have a lot of questions, I just wanted this application to be smooth as possible hehe. thanks!

and how about for the PRC good moral? since my mother sent it to me together with my other credentials. Can I include it with my other requirements? or should I send it separately but the problem with that is I am already here in Australia.
Dude,
afaik, based on the AGOS 40 form, the document that an institution needs to send directly to AHPRA is the Certificate of Good Standing from the PRC. The rest of the evidences should be attached in the AGOS 40 form to be sent by you to AHPRA. However, when I requested for the program of study from CHED, they gave me a sealed envelope and was told to send it separately to ahpra.
IQNM stands for International Qualified NUrses and Midwives, and yes its the division of ahpra that evaluates our applications.

Hello everyone, i got few questions regarding ICHC:
1. I am currently working in saudi arabia. so does that mean that i should put it as my current residential address? or should I stick with my hometown address in the philippines?
2. Regarding the license part: there are only two options: drivers and firearms. I don't have any of that. Shall I leave it blank?
Thank you very much.
