I have started a thread in the Immigration for Immigration requirements for Australia/New Zealand

I applied online for my visitor visa. It took 3 weeks and 2 days before they decide to grant it. That includes the very long christmas and new year holidays. Technically, the grant can be shortened. I had my medicals at Nationwide, cheaper than St Lukes but generally take longer for the results to be uploaded. I'm flying on the 28th.

Hmmmm.... Does ACN have accommodation options? I'm asking in behalf of a friend in Sydney who recently got her LoE as well.

I think they do. I would suggest asking for the price first because most educ facilities offer expensive accomodations. If its too much on his/her budget, he/she can try to search for cheaper rooms for rent in Burwood on Gumtree. Look for a room that is close to the station because ACN is. The shops are too. Btw, im in for jan intake.
