Hi Nuelite,
Thank you for your response and insight it is nice to hear confirmed what I have been thinking. Quality training and clinical placement is more beneficial and should be put above cost.
For me I want to be the best nurse I can be in Australia so even if I have to pay more for a program guaranteeing at least 10 weeks of clinical placement I think this is the best option as it will best prepare me to best work in Australia.
At the moment I am very keen on doing the program with Wimmera Health and MCIE, even though it is regional their clinical placements sound good.
hi everyone, this will be my second week of waiting after the ahpra board had finished reviewing my application. i applied in acfe for my bridging program, got assessed, interviewed and passed already. just waiting for my loe soon hoping that it will come out earlier than the given time frame of 3-4 weeks. my vaccines are almost complete, hep b, mmr, flu, mantoux or ppd done with a negative result and the only lacking is the dpt toxoid which i will have soon.
my medical for the visa application is almost ready, will go for it as soon as i receive my loe, the letter of acceptance from the school will also follow once i sent them the copy of the loe from ahpra.
im hoping to join acfe's jan. 12 intake soon so this will be a christmas rush for me if ever. hope to finish everything in my designated timeline because work is waiting for me there already.
good luck to all of us.
Hello everyone!
Newbie here! Can anyone direct me to any threads on how to independently submit an application to APHRA for the bridging program?.. Been gathering some clinical experience for the past years, and I think its about time for me to finally start my bridging course application. Would really appreciate if anyone would respond.. Thank you! Good luck on your applications! :)

It will be realistic for employers when this course eventually becomes a Graduate Certificate of university standard, preferably directly given by a university, after all it costs from many of the private providers,as much as a Graduate Certificate even more than a university.
Your first line says it all. No or not much experience, no job. No visa available, no PR visa if no experience and no sponsorship with no experience, there are hundreds of local new graduates with no jobs.
