pringxoxo: who told you it's 13 weeks in LTU? and how much is the tuition fee of INHA?

To shiey: if you are applying for UniSA's ARNTP wherein the school is under CRICOS so you are bound for a student visa, you can apply for 575 with a work privilege of 40hrs per fortnight. Good luck!

Hi please email me at [email protected] of you get the chance, or reply with your email address please if it's alright. thanks so much

HI LAMARISM . I tried sending my email address to you but it says you have disabled receiving private messages. . Application in UniSA for ARNTP is online. Here is the link University of South Australia > Program > Australian Registered Nurse Training Program . . . . . :nurse:

Thank you for the link. There's something wrong with my account, I haven't received my conformation code as of yet, must be why I can't receive messages. Hmm. Really need an insider account on how you went about with your ARNTP application. But thanks so much=)

Lamarism, post in the Admin help desk (link at bottom of page) and we can sort this out for you

hi ladydee-rn!

does ARNTP program require a student visa? is it possible to do part-time work if enrolled in such program?

just curious..im open to other options.. :yelclap:

HI SHIEY ARNTP requires a STUDENT VISA. .It is a CRICOS (Commonwealth Register of Institutions and Courses for Overseas Students) program so it needs a student visa. It is under Student visa Subclass 575- Non- Award Foundation. If you have a student visa you can work 20 hours per week ( or 40 hours per fortnight/2 weeks as posted by danceinstructor). . .

The duration of student visa depends on the length of course. ARNTP is 18 weeks . .Any program or courses less than 10 months will have an allowance of 1 month of stay in Australia. For example, 18 weeks + 1 month allowance = Total length of stay in Australia.

You can verify this through this link Non Award Sector: Temporary Visa (Subclass 575) - Assessment Level 3 (Department of Immigration and Citizenship)..

It doesn't mean that if your program is less than 6 months you need to apply for 456 visa. You must verify from the school what visa they require for your course/program. Some bridging programs are under CRICOS so you need to apply for student visa. For example, the 3-month bridging program of La Trobe University is under CRICOS so they require their students to apply for student visa.

HI LAMARISM I will send you an email. If you are interested to apply for UniSA's ARNTP. I suggest you must do it as soon as possible because they have limited slots for the program. Though you can apply for ARNTP without AHPRA eligibility letter, I would also recommend that you apply for AHPRA while awaiting for the outcome of assessment in UniSA. This will save your time and lessen your worries for registration while undergoing the program. The first step is to apply online. Then send a hard copy of your documents. You must have at least 2 years experience and IELTS results of 7 or higher in all 4 areas.

hi ladydee-rn!

wow! thanks for that info..loads of help for me! (and, for sure, to everyone else interested in ARNTP)

are you also doing 1? in UniSA? what months do they start their terms?

Shiey: No problem. I strongly suggest that you do a little research for you to get first hand information with regards to your enquiries. Good luck! ;)

Thank you so much for the very informative reply ladydee-rn. As always you have shed light into important things.

I was not aware that a student visa is required for ARNTP, I was under the impression that a subclass visa was what it required. Anyways, I'm crossing my fingers to make it to next year's intake. Hopefully you can make it to the October intake for this year so we can have an objective point of view about what the program is like. I look forward to your email. =)

Anyone else interested in ARNTP for early 2013? If I'm not mistaken it will be in April 2013. Let's go to Adelaaaaaide =)
