Hi, does ahpra send a.copy.of. the loe through..mail?

Yes..they provide both soft and hard copies. I received one as an email attachment and the other was sent through snail mail.

12 July 2012- APHRA sent acknowledgement receipt of my application

27 July 2012- APHRA sent my LOE as an email attachment

13 August 2012-Received the hard copy of my LOE

APHRA just mentioned in their email that a hard copy of my LOE will be sent to my postal address. I didn't ask for it..

It has been 3months since i received.my.ahpra letter but i haven't received a hard copy. Should I email.them?

Really? I think you should ask one from them. Which APHRA office did you apply? Mine in Victoria.

wow that was awsomely fast.. i had my loe via email aftr 13months from the day i sent my application. but i didnt received any hard copy same as with chelseaxyrene. i applied in perth. but my address when i applied was in overseas,and now im already in philippines,so do you have any idea if changing of address would matter to them in sending me loe if i ask one?? tia

It was pretty quick indeed..

I believe it matters to inform them.. Did you receive your LOE when you were still living abroad? I think you should update them of your current address when you request for a hard copy of your LOE. Notice in the application form (AGOS-40) no. 6 of Section B which says "where do you want postal correspondence delivered?" I suppose it's for that reason. I'm not just sure with APHRA Perth if they usually provide a hard copy but I guess they should.

Exactly:).. you can still use the scanned one.. it doesn't matter.. But if you feel good keeping the original copy then it's okay to ask for it.

Hi chelseaxyrene,

Yes they do send LOE through mail. I got mine yesterday. But they've sent an email informing me of the LOE last December 2012 1st and they will also mention that they will send it through mail.
