MDE Columbia University 2021

Hey ! I know im super early to make this thread for the MDE program at Columbia for the 2021 start year ? but I was wondering if there are any future nurses out there as eager as me to get started !!

I really wish they would have given us a more specific date than "soon" like does that mean tomorrow? the end of the week? two weeks? who knows LOL

Congrats! No update for me yet so I’m assuming I’ll get a decision in the second round of updates.

I also just received an acceptance. They sent an email with a link to the portal. There was no information on scholarships ? does anyone know if they update on those seperatly, or it would have been in the letter if I got any?

I WAS ACCEPTED! Holy cow I am so happy. I am doing the psych track. This is the happiest day of my life.

What time was the email sent for you guys?

I received an email to check my status in the portal, and saw the status update in the portal.

This was for the MDE for me.

In the update, there is a portion that notes that we'll receive a more formal email as a follow up, so I presume we'll receive scholarship information there?

Mine was an email at 10:58 (12:58 eastern) stating there was an update in the portal!

Curious if later submissions are receiving decisions in the second round.
