Hey ! I know im super early to make this thread for the MDE program at Columbia for the 2021 start year ? but I was wondering if there are any future nurses out there as eager as me to get started !!

I called Columbia earlier about withdrawing completely because I don’t plan to defer anymore. They said some people have reached out to withdraw their application and they advise people who plan on attending another institution to let them know so they can withdraw your application - because it gives room for prospective students. Which im sure is you all in the second rounds. I don’t want to be greedy or take up room when I know decisions are coming out soon for you all ❤️

Hopefully today  is the day that we hear back from CU. Good luck to us who are still waiting for decisions. :)

I don't know if today will actually be the day ( this wait has been so dreadful LOL) but good luck to all of us second rounders! Hope we all get good news today!

That's a little grimy of CU...after all this BS they cant figure out how to release all the second round decisions on the same day ? Maybe it has to do with the deferral decision that was due today? Depending on how many people defer today they might review applications over the weekend and admit more on Monday?

Someone I know called admissions today and they said today and Monday. Im not sure why Monday but I believe they may have a waitlist or waiting to see who defers, to make room for more acceptances!
