Hey ! I know im super early to make this thread for the MDE program at Columbia for the 2021 start year ? but I was wondering if there are any future nurses out there as eager as me to get started !!

I literally check my email all day and im constantly on their site checking events and if the application opened. But I guess they aren’t doing that open house tomorrow like they said ? and the soft launch of the application didn’t happen either. So hopefully next week it finally opens.

Yes please please please let me know if you hear about the open house! I would love to join! I was on the last open house - and got so nervous but excited about applying this cycle!

I think the max. is 2 pages double spaced and that's what I'm at right now LMAO. I had over 2 pages and had to condense to meet the requirements ?

Yes!! I’m so happy I found this thread! Just have to finish A&P 2 and Micro! I’m so nervous about acceptance if anyone has any information on it! Im from the Bronx and graduated from University of Connecticut last year with a 3.7 overall and 3.9 major degree in Psych!..I currently work at NYPres as a mental health worker which is affiliated with Columbia and I used to work for another psych hospital prior to this. My biggest fear atm is probably the PS and the video recorded interview as well as the in person interview....I’m so eager but so nervous haha
