So I'm starting the post for Spring 2014. I'm currently waiting for my acceptance letter for fall term but just in case applying for spring is my back up plan.
So my GPA is 3.0 and my teas is 72 giving me a score around 73.
Since I didn't get a first round email for fall I'm thinking of retaking my teas test so if anyone is willing to study with me please let me know. Good luck to everyone applying for spring!!
I also did my fingerprints yesterday and nobody asked me about no DCF letter. Also on the mdc website for full time generic homestead it does not mentioned anything about DCF only level two criminal background check so in the meantime that is all am going to do until further notice.
Also going to homestead generic full time I asked in medical campus about the DCF letter and we need to do it
It irritates me that they are not specific on the things they require... We do need the silly DCF letter thingy but why not tell us from the beginning, is like they are trying to trick us or something, to have us running like chickens without heads all over Miami speding money like if we grow it on trees.

I called medical campus earlier today and they told me that if it doesn't say you need it on the Admission Information website, that it is not required It'd be nice if they would provide accurate information.
Just a quick question if anyone can help me. If you pay the $100 acceptance fee for the PT generic and then later get accepted to the FT generic. Do you have to pay another $100 or can they just transfer it? Also, for all the exams like fingerprinting and stuff...do they ask you what program your in? Or can you just start doingg them without knowing what program you will get into.[/quote']They told me if I accepted the part time i could not accept the full time even if i was willing to pay the $100 again :/
Julie this happened to someone last year she applied to transitional and full time but on the first round emails only the transitional email came so she accepted and on the 2nd round her full time generic... her first option was transitional though.. Do you know if you can switch programs once you start?
@mo325, my prof says if you do not have the book you will not be able to take cpr class. Only at north campus they let you take the class without the book because somehow it doesn't show up when you register that you need the book, so until they fix that they will allow you to take. I took the class on north campus last Saturday .
Thanks so much!

Are you serious?! I haven't paid yet but I planned on going sometimes this week. But now idk. I don't wanna risk not getting accepted at all but I really do want to be in the program.
Also, does anyone know the bursars office hours? Are they open on weekends?

Yea, it's a little bit ridiculous. If this was last year there would have been no way that I could've afforded all of this.
