So my schedule was changed a bit today. I had Hannah for NUR1025C on Monday I thinkkkk and now they put me for Fridays from 3pm to 5:45. Anyone have this class? The professor is R.D.Now im on campus monday, tuesday, wednesday, and friday o.o clinical on thurs. aaaaahhh so much gasoline
They just changed it on you? Did you find out just by checking your schedule again? I better check mine again - silly me, it really didn't occur to me to check it every once in a while to see if it was changed. Going every day is really a bummer with gas, but your work will be ok with your new schedule?
Well, I love freebies, twofers, buy-one get-one, etc.... but as it turns out, I'm a visual learner. Audio won't work well for me at all. It goes in one ear and out the other! LOL.
But THANKS to everyone willing to share their hi-tech-geeky stuff. Anything that is more efficient ... I'm all ears ...oops! I mean,I'm all EYES for! LOL.
Greetings and Salutations,
Ok here is the 411 on the two questions I had about the uniform regarding classes and any pre-reading we should do. I spoke to Betsie Charles at the front desk of the nursing department at the Medical Campus and was told that to class you can wear regular clothing, for labs regular clothing with a lab coat on and for clinical the uniform provided by the MDC. Also, don't forget the name tag. Moreover, I e-mailed the professors Kathy Thomas and Flor de Maria Goldston about what attire to wear and the pre-reading they recommend. Will post information once I get a concrete answer form the professors.

Awesome! Thank you for sharing. We look forward to finding out what answers they give you! :)
:-) I made a funny little thing today.
I got some cute fabric and sewed together little storage baggie for my stethoscope... its kind of like an umbrella bag but with a drawstring. i really wanted something like this to put in my purse without it getting dirty or getting stuff stuck in the earpiece. its so cute.... it matches with my steth :) its black and has red and pink flowers and a red ric rac drawstring LOL
next time... im going to make one with padding or with a little compartment for extra ear pieces or alcohol swabs...
i'm such a geeeek

No they sent me an email... I hope my boss will accommodate me. i am so bummed out... but maybe this teacher is better than the other one. havent been able to find her on rate my professor though.
For those who are following the syllabus that one of the teachers mailed out - the chapter we should be reading is 34 in the Fundamentals book?
Yes, I think so. I just got 2 emails this morning about Fundamentals and the Math class and it says Ch. 34 - and the first 3 Chapters of the math book (I am in the Homestead program if that makes any difference).
