MD Anderson Nurse Residency Summer 2020

Hi! Starting this thread for anyone else who plans on applying to the MD Anderson Summer 2020 cohort for their clinical nurse residency! I called this week to see when the application would open and they didn't give me any firm dates yet so still waiting on that

Thank you so much! I never applied initially to the Leukemia one, I only applied last week on the 17th to it. After you received the questions, did your status ever return to "application complete", or has it stayed "under recruiter review".

I'm wondering if my status ever changed, since I did receive questions. Who knows though! This process has been pretty vague and scary LOL

Did you get questions sent to you a second time for the second Leukemia one?

No my status has not returned. But you can always look at the date to see if it has changed. Also my general application status still says application complete. but it definitely is a good thing that you received the questions, I would assume

No, only the first time. but both are under recruiter review.

Thanks so much! I only received questions for the General Nurse Residency program last week and, like you, still see "application complete" as my status. That's awesome you received questions for the Leukemia one though! I applied last week so I'm assuming it'll be a while until I hear back about that one.

I'm hoping it's a good sign too, and it means that we're one step further in the process.

Nope. I seem to be in the same boat as most of the rest of y'all -- my status only says "under department review" for the leukemia position. The others just say "application completed."

They are currently under a 30 day hiring pause so I feel like it will be May before they do interviews. They are already so late ?

Hi yall, I'm new to this thread but have been keeping up with it. As of today, this is how my MDAnderson positions look like. Is anyone else the same? I have only had been emailed questions regarding the Clinical Nurse Residency - Leukemia (G12) - Evening / Night position.

Clinical Nurse Residency - Leukemia (G12) Status: Under Recruiter Review

Clinical Nurse Residency - Status: Application Completed

Clinical Nurse Residency - Leukemia (G12) - Evening / Night

Status: Under Department Review

Clinical Nurse Residency - P8 Rehab/Neuro - Days

Status: Application Completed
