MD Anderson Nurse Residency Summer 2020

Hi! Starting this thread for anyone else who plans on applying to the MD Anderson Summer 2020 cohort for their clinical nurse residency! I called this week to see when the application would open and they didn't give me any firm dates yet so still waiting on that

Sorry for any confusion @brittyyyyy and @Nursetay94! I was the one who stated my questions were not for the leukemia one! I know this because when I received the questions, I had not yet applied to the leukemia unit. I had only applied for the general clinical residency position. I hope that makes more sense!

You made perfect sense, it was just me not paying attention to who was saying what. My apologies!

Hey guys as an update: my Leukemia Residency status has changed to "Under Recruiter Review" as of 3/26. I would take a look and see if yall have status changes as well! We will get through this mess of COVID-19 eventually LOL

I contacted them and was told they don't have an update regarding nurse residency. very vague answer

I tried contacting the person who sent out those questions to see if she could explain the timeline... I emailed twice and called and left a voicemail, but no response so far. I'm not sure if you talked to the same person or someone different. I just hope we find out more about the timeline soon. ?

did they email you questions? one of mines went to under recruiter review but I never got questions!

I received questions on March 16th for the Clinical Nurse Residency before I had even applied to the Leukemia unit; however, I now see a change in status update as of last week on my Leukemia application. I hope this helps answer your question!

I applied for the Clinical Residency. the general application, and I have not received anything. anyone on the same boat?

this is going to be another slow month for us maybe end of April we MIGHT hear something......

I have heard that MD Anderson job applications are being postponed to September. Anyone heard about this?
