Mayo Nursing Externship Summer III 2019

I applied for the Summer III nursing externship and I just wanted to start this forum to see where everyone is at in the application process.

@WSUnursingstudent I'm not exactly sure how many applicants there were but in the past there has been 700-1000 which is crazy! I feel like it's been forever since we found out about the top 100, but it's only been like a week. I'm so excited to find out in a week, or hopefully less!

mine too! Whenever I logged in, it made me change my password and I got super nervous, but it was just time to change it, nothing special. All that anxiety for nothing, haha!

We are so close to finding out!! I have a pretty busy week so it's been helping to keep my mind off it but I'm still kind of freaking out!!!

I want to say this before we find out who gets offered spots. Because if I am offered one, I don't want this to sound cheap or snooty, and if I'm not offered one, I don't want this to sound insincere. But I'm seriously so honored to have been along on this journey with you guys in this forum. The fact that we are still here and in the top 100 is remarkable. I'm proud as punch to be surrounded by your company. Making it this far is such an amazing achievement. No one can ever take away the fact that we at least made it this far. I truly do wish you all the very best as we anxiously await these next couple of days. GOOD LUCK!!!

I wonder if we’ll find out today since last year people found out two days before their set date? I sure hope we do!

That would be amazing if that's the case! Waiting to find out has been exhausting.

Is anyone able to log into their application? Mine is showing an error.

@carv I am able to log into mine! it still says "Application in Review". That is weird that yours is doing that!!
