Hey everyone!!!

I am so excited to apply for the Mayo Clinic externship of 2018. I have been dreaming of it since high school.

Best of luck to everyone who applies. I truly hope that all of the most passionate nurses will get in.

huh, weird. Could be something or could be nothing! I saw from last year's thread that if they made it through to the next round their apps still said "application in review" but the withdraw button went away or something. Can y'all access your application at all if its locked?

Huh... I tried to check the status of my application and it repeatedly states that an error occurred

Mine displayed an error two days ago as well, but it fixed itself in a day! I wouldn't worry too much.

Yeah mine is being weird too, it isn't loading? I'm probably overthinking all of this haha I just want to know!!

Do you guys think we'll find out tomorrow? I'm so nervous! I really want to know either way so I can feel at peace and just start planning for the summer haha! Crossing my fingers for everyone :)

I've seen in the past that some students did call the Mayo HR and someone who was in charge of the Summer III program gave them some more information as to when they would hear more information. I'm in class all day so I can't , but that may be something to do if you guys want more information and let us know also when anyone has some free time maybe!

Totally agree! What a stressful time this is. If I were on the admissions council, I would want a minimum of 4-6 weeks to thoroughly review all of the applications. I mean, from our perspective we want them to look at us holistically, and that may take some time. I'd expect a response by mid to late February. And for the record, I think you'll get it, Nurse2Bin2018! :) Just relax and enjoy the semester!
