Mayo Clinic RN new graduate residency July 2019

Published

Hello Everyone!

I'm starting a thread so applicants for the Mayo Clinic AZ nurse residency program for July 2019 can communicate about the process. After reading other threads, it seems like a really good way to stay connected and ask question! Well applications just closed so let's see how this goes!

It’s been 11 days since my interview but it feels like months already, lol! I honestly have a feeling I didn’t get it. The scenarios were really difficult and I wasn’t expecting that in a new grad interview. I guess we’ll see though! For the person who asked, the interview is in the SSB building. Just follow the signs and arrows located all around the campus and you’ll find it.

Silly question.. are there certain units/ unit descriptions to cite during the interview for our preferences? I can’t find anything on the website. I appreciate it! My interview is tomorrow.

They give you a sheet to rank your preferences on when you get there. Let us know how it goes!

Any updates anyone?

Me too. I am normally pretty confident in my interview skills but not this one so I'm really trying not to get my hopes up.

The withdraw link has disappeared from my application so hopefully that means they are working on decisions and will get back to us soon!

The automated recording on the website said they are starting to put offers out 4/29, so hopefully we will hear this week!

I got an offer yesterday around 1pm!!!! I’m seriously thrilled!
