Hello! I wanted to start a thread for the Mayo Clinic Nurse Residency, Phoenix, AZ for July 2021. I figured we could share when we see the job posting and when interviews begin. I'm excited to graduate and start working ?

Congrats! I want to apply for ICU on the next round...any advice? How was the interview? What type of questions did they ask?

Hi!! Interview was definitely one of the hardest I’ve face.  It was an hour long.  Just make sure you have lots of behavioral examples from specific clinical settings on hand and ready to use.  Also just make sure to know different potential ICU disease process and what you would do and anticipate in orders from docs.  Other than that just BE YOURSELF! And smile!

Hello all! 
I know this is an old post, but I am looking to apply to Mayo Clinic’s new grad program in Arizona for this coming February. Any additional tips for the interview? How are you guys liking Mayo so far? Any insight on your experience so far is more than helpful ?
