  1. Hi! Did you have your interview?! How did it go? I want to apply next round!
  2. The interview was on Tuesday or Wednesday last week and the offer was on Friday. Hopefully you'll hear something soon! Waiting is the worst LOL
  3. I got a call last week to interview for the stroke unit but I already accepted a position elsewhere. And a friend of mine interviewed and was offered a position on 6W (cardiac PCU) last week. I think they were hiring 2 people so I don't know if the other spot is filled yet. Good luck!!
  4. I have no idea LOL. I just had to sign some forms about my transfer but it didn't have any info about onboarding, training, or anything else.
  5. I didn't receive an official offer letter but I did receive my transfer paperwork via email the other day.
  6. Phone call first (missed the call) and then sent an email.
  7. I also got invited to interview for Memorial on 7S (Stroke unit) but I already accepted a position at Grossmont. But the invitations are coming out so hopefully everyone hears back soon! Good luck everyone!
  8. Congrats! Are you days or nights?
  9. Yes, I was a CNA for 1.5 years during nursing school, but not for Sharp. I'm currently a Vaccination Tech for Sharp so I was able to apply as an internal candidate. I think previous healthcare experience is definitely a plus!
  10. I was offered days! I've never worked at Grossmont Hospital so I don't know anything about the floors LOL.
  11. I interviewed on Wednesday and got a phone call on Friday with a verbal offer. I got an email today with "new hire" instructions but I'm an internal candidate so the process is a little different since it's a transfer. Good luck to those who applied and are interviewing! Has anyone else been offered a position on 4E?!
  12. Congrats on the interview! It was a very quick interview, maybe 15 mins. It was with the manager, new grad program coordinator, and one of the CNSs on the unit. They just asked basic behavioral questions. They asked why nursing, how do you handle stressful situations, why do you want to work on that unit, career goals. I can't remember the other ones but they were all pretty common questions. Good luck!
  13. It will be on the same floor at Grossmont. Not sure if it'll start in October with the rest of the new grads or if they'll start us all at a different time depending on the surge.
