Hello! I wanted to start a thread for the Mayo Clinic Nurse Residency, Phoenix, AZ for July 2021. I figured we could share when we see the job posting and when interviews begin. I'm excited to graduate and start working ?

Hi everyone. Congrats to everyone who has been called for an interview!! I have not yet been called and really hoping to. Does anyone know if we do not get selected for an interview if our status will change or if we will be notified? I just am hoping to be called but also would want to know if it's not the case. Thanks much!

I haven't heard anything yet either but keeping my fingers crossed! I assume the status would change to "no longer under consideration" or something like that but I'm not sure. I'm sure we'll find out pretty soon either way. Good luck!

Hi all! I received a call on Wednesday and was scheduled for an interview via Zoom on 5/3. However, my "submitted application" status is still classified as Stage 2: "Application in Review". Maybe all of our application statuses will update after those who will be contacted for interviews get them scheduled. Best wishes to everyone!

My interview email says "MED/SURG". I am currently completing my senior capstone rotation at the Mayo Clinic on 4 East, the BMT/Hem/Onc unit, and was hoping to interview for a position there, but the two RNs listed in the email that I will be interviewing with don't work on my current unit. Oh well!

I'm assuming if we're all on this thread there's some anxiety surrounding the interview... I hope you all are taking care of yourselves and enjoying this sunshine before it gets too hot! Congrats on how far you've made it, definitely take a moment to realize how cool that is!

I got a call and I am interviewing on 4/22. I was wondering if anyone knew how many individuals were being interviewed and how many positions are being offered?

Has anyone who has had an interview received an offer yet? I remember them saying that offers would be given out around the first week of May!

I would assume offers are going out because I received my rejection email on Monday and never even got a call for an interview.
Good luck to all of you who receive offers.  I have a few friends that started their New Grad program in February & are loving it.

I interviewed April 12th and was told HR would start calling with offers mid May. My friend just had her interview today and was told offers will be made over the next 2-3 weeks. Such a long waiting game.
