:cool: does anybody who have been through marikina valley's step by step procedure to volunteer nurse? how was it? how is it done? what was the exam content? and the interview?

Hi tron22, I took the exam last June 24 and received a call last July 15 regarding the interview the following day. Currently I'm waiting for another call for a second interview. I hope they'll call me for it.

It was quite good. They'll give you a situation.. 2 interviews from nursing supervisor and chief nurse. Maybe we are the batch 1 of interviewees. I'm currently have training at another hospital. Haven't decided yet if I'll continue with the training in this institution or stop my training at the other. I didn't expected that I passed the exam because its really hard... I'm waiting for the medical and hospital director's interview if they will contact me for another. :yawn:

Tron22 did they called you already fir the second interview?

@tron22 heyy I'm not yet allowed to send pms.. The interview was good the nurse supervisor and chief nurse were calm and cool. Though I cannot really discern what aspect are they evaluating bec they ask mixed questions on personal and nursing skills. I really hope they'll call us soon for a second interview.

no. what i mean is, it's like here in the philippines that they don't hire staff nurses, they hire volunteer nurses without pay, even a single cent.

greenridgeo1 yeah right,they hire nurses just to work as a volunteer not staff nurses and i guess that was realityfor us here.its better to be a volunteer than not having any experience at all.
