What's best first to pursue: Professional Experience or NCLEX?
hi newborn. in my opinion, i think it would be better if you will have a hospital experience first. after gaining your experience, you will have more options like taking the NCLEX and IeLTS then after passing those exams, you can now apply in any country that requires those exams and experience. another option after having your hospitl experince without taking the nclex/ielts exams is that you can apply for middle east or singapore or malaysia. on the other hand, after taking the nclex, there is no other way for you but to have your hospital experience. and one more thing, before you can have an experience, your nclex/ielts will be expired, then it will be wasted. you need to take again the exams. like what happened to my friend. most employers prefer that you must have an experience first, nclex/ielts will follow.
