Hey everyone, I wanted to start a place for people to post and repost about waitlist times, placement runs, and their timestamps.
It is very hard searching for all the information and maybe people will access this thread and keep it updated with information so we all can get some idea on where we stand in line for Maricopa Nursing Placement.
As for me I have a
6/11/10 8:01:32 Timestamp. The placement just ran on March 6th,2012 and I was not placed. On the application website it says that the placement did NOT reach the June timestamps. This will mark 5 semesters that I was not placed (was expecting a 3 semester wait)
I am curious how far the placement ran. If people that were placed during the last placement run (3/6/12) come across this thread and would be willing to post their timestamp and what school choice number (1 through 5) they were placed in that would give an indicator how far away it is.
With almost 2500 people still on the waiting list it looks like it can be a 4-5 year wait for people just now getting on it.

@gamez28... What mrsboots97 said. I got all the pre-reqs done, got on the waiting list in October 2011. I started taking the co-reqs so that I could focus on the nursing program when I got in, then I moved onto the NAU CEP pre-reqs (the same as the NAU RN-BSN classes). I was a single mom of two kids and work full time so the CEP was never an option for me because of not having much time until a few months ago when I met my amazing husband. I will be done with my last CEP pre-req in 6 weeks and I'm applying for the CEP in May, so since I'm already placed in the regular program, I'll have my choice between the CEP and traditional program. Hello there, congrats on applying in May. I finished all my pre and co reqs and applied and start in june with the Gateway/NAU CEP program. I'm in the traditional CEP program.

I got placed today for my first choice! I got into MCC traditional and my time stamp was 10/14/2011 8:02:16

I got placed for the fall traditional at MCC to, my first choice. I really don't remember my timestamp but it was from 6/2012 at 8:01 from what I remember.
Hello, the 4th placement was done today for Fall 2014 and they placed people with date/time stamps in June 2012. So far in these last 4 placements, I have read through multpile post on this website and they have been placing from date/time stamp 12/2011 up until 6/2012. Hopeful I will be placed for Spring 2015!

I put my application in 10/2012 and got my date/time stamp 12/2012. Currently finishing up pre-reqs for the CEP in hopes that if I don't get in by spring, I can use those course to apply or CEP fall. But I will take the non CEP if I get placed by spring, willing to take whatever comes first. It seems to be moving faster this year and so far the most recent threads that I have viewed are just about 2 years from the time of date/time stamp to the time they were placed which makes it about 2.5 years when they officially start. As in my previous post they have been placing from 12/11 all the way to 6/12 just for fall 2014 & that's hopeful news that it's not 3-4 as they orginally tell you when you apply.:)
Welcome, hopefully you won't have to wait on the list so long. I would try to finish your CEP classes they have application in May and Feb. How many class do you still need to do to finish with the pre-reqs and co-reqs?

Thank you :) 'm taking my final today to finish psy 240 and then fall semester i'm knocking out my last 2 so if I don't hear from them by the end of this fall to start in spring, then I can apply for CEP next feb. So close yet so far…so are you officialy in the program?
