Mydream take the NCSBN course, I promise you it's worth it! I took the 3wk course and I pass the the RN NCLEX. The structure of the questions on NCSBN are similiar to the NCLEX questions. True story: I convience a close friend of mine who was studying for the LPN boards to take the NCSBN 3 wk course. She notified me today that she PASS!!! She thank me for introducing this website to her. NCSBN site is awesome!! I highly recommend it to all who are studying for the NCLEX!
hello can you guys ans. thisin sickle cell crisis, what is the priority?
1. give ivf
2. give o2
thanks much.
sickle cell crisis is caused by obstruction of blood flow by the sickled red blood cells, hypoxia and deoxygenation of the red blood cells are the most common cause of sickling. so administration of oxygen is the priority intervention. pain management and hydration are also important. think abc and always treat the cause.
