His name is Phillipe Nover from New York, he seems to be really good and a hard hitter. very technical fighter. looked really impressive in his win tonight. any one else see it?

I luv the UFC, working so much haven't had time to watch... I bet he is able to get all his frustrations out and not get in trouble. hahaha

Somebody needs to post when he's fighting on TV so we can watch/TiVo...

I am not sure how anyone could balance work as an ER nurse and working out to be a UFC fighter, but it is strictly awesome.

Anyone out there know Philipe Nover thats on UFC now (he's an ER RN)? Get him to post somthin' on here... What was his schedule like before he got on the show? What are some of regimen, training technique/tips?

i love the UFC.. now that im done with nursing school and looking for a job I hope I have time to go train..

Nover is awesome.. he is filippino like me and about a billion other nurses lol .. I hope Nover can do as well as Pacquiao...

btw.. i still cant believe couture lost =(

Nover fought tonight and made the final anyone watch? If he hasn't already quit nursing he will after the final, win or lose, which I think he'll win, he's got one hell of a UFC career ahead of him.

I love how the UFC is billing Nover as America's most Dangerous Nurse. That's so badass in my opinion and really helps with Male nurse stereotypes.

Chuck Liddells long-time trainer John Hackleman is an RN and probably the most dangerous nurse, looks about 230lbs muscle and has 25 years of practical martial arts training. He's definitely not a stereotypical Nurse.

awesome, i didnt know he was a nurse..i am a huge fan of ufc and mma so im interested in this.. i did watch him fight, he did a good job.

WOuld be cool if he came out in his little nurses outfit with his white cap to fight. Would totally psych out his opponent.
