Hey Everyone,

Long time lurker here!

I made a promise to myself. The only way that I will ever make an Allnurses account, is when I apply to nursing school. Well, that time has finally arrived, and I just finished submitting my application to the City Colleges of Chicago School of Nursing. I clicked on that submit button like a boss!

It looks like the classes are open now so I registered HOWEVER I am not celebrating anything yet because I can picture them throwing a hissie fit over not waiting until the email officially went out to let everyone know when to select anything. They will probably kick me out and make me do it over. But I say you guys should give it a shot

I registered as well. Thanks for the update. I was getting ready to go out to dinner and when I got the email I literally stopped in my tracks and walked back in the house to register. Thank you!

I hope we get to keep the times we chose. It sucks that they didn't e-mail everyone that we can register.

Also, he said we sign up for lab on the first day of class, correct? Like we go up there to sign up for our section or what? And do we choose two lab sessions per week or do we just need one?

Yes it's just 1 (2 hour) lab we register for on the first day of classes. It's separate from our clinical.

I was able to register as well. Im upset they took 2 of the clinical sites I wanted but hopefully we can stick with the ones we enrolled in.
