Anyone applying for Malcolm X College for Spring 2023? Figured I'd start a discussion. I applied to the RN program and am waiting for them to update my cumulative GPA, background check, and medical document submission.
I just emailed someone from the nursing department, and she said they already have been offering seats and if I had not received a notification by now apply next semester. Then I just emailed someone else, and she had me schedule an appointment with the nursing department. I am running in complete circles at this point.
Wait is this for LPN or RN ? I don’t understand how ! They dead *** just told me they’re sending offer letters out by the end of this week and next week. Ugh this school can never get it together! I’m about to email too!
I emailed ---------------------- , the director of nursing a week ago, she also stated that if I had questions to schedule am appointment with the nursing department ?.
It's for the nursing department RN and LPN. Her exact email

Good morning ———,
The applications have been updated. If you have been offered a seat, please accept it in your application portal and you will receive an acceptance letter to your CCC issued email address. If you were not offered a seat, we encourage you to apply again in the next application cycle. Thank you and good luck to you!"

Me too. I am so *** off. I'm zooming them later because we all have different answers. It is very upsetting. And nobody in this chat has been offered a seat? So I'm wondering the validity of her claims

Thats how I feel. When I contacted admissions, they said they complete profiles on a first come first served. Then I was also told by the end of this week we should know. But I am not seeing how that is possible when profiles are still not updated. I needed to know soon before city colleges go on vacation for the holidays. I have things I have to talk over with financial aid smh
