Malcolm X -City Colleges of Chicago School of Nursing- Spring 2023

Anyone applying for Malcolm X College for Spring 2023? Figured I'd start a discussion. I applied to the RN program and am waiting for them to update my cumulative GPA, background check, and medical document submission. 

Are they updating only the LPN ? I’ve applied to both and only my LPN reads viable candidate with everything changed to complete. RN still has incomplete on medical documents and background check smh

Wow OK! The suspense . I was wondering if I was going to be considered for the RN program because my scores were just enough to apply to the program. I know a lot of people probably have better scores than me

Specializes in certified nurse assistant.

?The anxiety and constantly checking e-mails throughout day and night.  Im trying to maintain my nerves LOL

Yeah it’s been terrible with me too. Day in and day out I been checking. She said we should know by the end of this week. And by other forums they found out around or on December 7th .

I called the nursing department last Friday and they said we should know something in two weeks ?

I am at lost then on how they are doing this. At this point it is just a waiting game.

It’s really not that hard to click a button. The med doc and background are easy to to complete since it’s all there !
