Yea that's its just your rank scores but at least we get a chance to fix it if they screw up. They had my stuff right thank god but yea rank doesn't happen until the 22nd so hopefully, 1-2 days after that we will know!!! At least we all have a date to go by! ?

Got my GPA ranking letter today too! So deflated when I saw that ranking doesn't even begin until the 22nd. Wahhhh!!! I guess they have to wait and see if anyone disagrees with their GPA.

Yeah, I realized today that we still have to wait for acceptance letters!! oh well, I was just happy to finally get something from them. and at least we have a target date now, so I don't have to hawkeye my mailman for the next 2 weeks!

2012 group received

4-6-12 GPA letter stating that ranking would begin on

4-19-12

4-21-12 Their acceptance letters arrived on.

4-24-13 Hopefully ours will arrive!

Can someone explain the ranking to me? I know that we're ranked by our scores, but they only take the first 100/160 (?) some students right?? And then depending on how you rank you have different start dates?

I got my letter today too, but my GPA a little off from what the counselor told me what it would be. Anyone else has this problem?? I had a lot of transfer credits so it may have been messed up doing those scores I'm thinking?

Yes, that's how it works. They take 160 and split it by 40 students with different start dates.

My counselor told me my GPA was 3.91, then this letter says I have a 3.89. I started crying when I saw it because it is much lower than I expected. I am wondering if they messed up or if my counselor messed up. I wonder if I should call.

If we really get our acceptance letter on the 24th, that is only 12 days away! That is not long to wait at all! I can do this, I think.

My GPA was a little lower than the counselor told me too! Debating if I should call or just leave it alone.

So I just had my boyfriend calculate my GPA for me and Macomb was exactly right. I think that the counselor just did a quick rounding. Even when I used the online GPA calculator it rounded it up. Macomb just breaks it down into EXACTLY. SO sadly I'm a 3.8996. Oh well, I've got high hopes!
