Hi!
I am looking for anyone who is attending/has graduated from LCCC's nursing program. Can you please share your acceptance details (when you got your letter, g.p.a., pax scores)? The school is so vague with their admissions details and rumors are constantly flying.
At the other end of the spectrum, if you have been denied admission to the program when did you get your letter, did they give a reason for denial?
Thank you to anyone who can help :) :)
Hi!
I was just accepted into the LCCC nursing program, and I received the letter on February 17. I have an overall GPA of 3.9. My PAX score was 128. I currently have another degree from LCCC, but also had all my gen-ed classes for nursing completed; with the exception of Micro.
In the acceptance letter it said that a deposit had to be paid by February 27th. Also, all clearance results (PA State police background check, child abuse history, and FBI fingerprinting) had to be submitted by March 20th. If all of this isn't done by that date it said that acceptance would be given to someone else. So perhaps they send out the letters based on who doesn't have their paperwork handed in on time. Hopefully this is of some help! Good luck!
Nope! Still waiting. Last time I called, they said all letters were to be out by end of Feb. WebAdvisor still says "applied." I'm going to give them until tomorrow, then I'll call Admissions again to see what the delay is.
Please post back here when you call, mine also still says applied, and I'm really curious as to why.

This is extremely helpful, Thanks! Maybe I'll wait until after the 20th before I go making a pest of myself again.
Thanks again for the info. I really appreciate it!

You would think.... But I think they don't have enough staff to look at resumes and even do something smart like interview say the top 300 for 150 spots.
