Second interview. It was tell me about yourself, why that unit, 3-5 year plan and then 4 behavioral questions in diff categories.

Has anyone from the Hem/Onc track gotten an offer yet? I just want to know if I made it or not. This anxiety is killer.

Thank you for answering. And oh wow, didn't know they asked another 4 behavioral questions. Would you say they were similar to the first ones as well?

Yes, I was told all of the acute care units will make decisions tomorrow and offers will go out by late next week.
