Hi Everyone! Just creating this thread, so we can communicate any updates with each other.

Not for my PICU interview, they did not ask scenario based questions. This was earlier in the year so I am not sure if they changed things to keep us on our toes. Best to prepare for mostly behavior and some scenario based questions related to the unit and remember they know we are new grads that don't know everything. Show your personality. Also, have good questions to ask, even during the unit tour. Good luck!

That's the plan! Thank you so much, best of luck to you as well! ?

does anyone know how many people they will select for PCU? and is anyone willing to share if the second round interviews will be the same format as the first round?

For people interviewing for OB, did you get any info about if it would be a group or individual interview? I was only offered one time during the phone call so IDK if that means it's group or if it's individual and they were just giving time slots out and not letting people choose

On the phone call I was only given one time as well. Then the email had some other non-Stanford emails on it so I took that as it was probably another group interview with 2-3 others.

If anyone is interviewing tomorrow for Maternity, did you get an email regarding directions/ parking yet or more info? I only got a call and a confirmation text, no follow-up email.

Hi. (MODERATOR EDIT OF NAME) said that she would send the email today or tonight. I haven't got it either.

We don't need to bring any parts of our portfolio right, like resume, certs? I know for the first interview the panelists seemed to have access to that on their laptops, if it mattered at all.

Im curious what other units timelines are, L&D said within the next couple of weeks? but I thought offers were to go out Monday according to their timeline online LOL. Did your units say any different?

Maternity told us that if we're selected then we'll be contacted this Friday

Dumb question... Are candidates chosen only based off their second interview or all their applications materials and interviews together?

Was this for the second interview? I initially heard from others that it would be more about getting to you know questions rather than more behavioral-based questions.
