Hi Everyone! Just creating this thread, so we can communicate any updates with each other.

I got a call from the L&D manager but honestly not sure! They didn't say ?

I just got a call from Maternity, so maybe the second round is for the specific unit. I didn't ask, but that's my best guess ?

Thank you! I got the same generic HR email. Hopefully they send the deets soon. Good luck ❤️

Oh nice! Do you remember if they were the same behavioral questions? ? No worries if you don't feel like sharing but just thought I'd ask! Good luck

Same style of behavior questions but different questions. From what I remember, the themes were cultural competency, resiliency, and communication. There's one another theme but don't remember.

Does anyone know what's the latest we can expect a phone call/email? Staring to lose hope ?

Oh wow! I was expecting it to be more like casual questions like why nursing, what's your 5 year plan, strengths and weakness etc.

Oh really? So there really aren't any hypothetical clinical specific scenario questions? I was thinking there would maybe be ones this time like: "Your patient is complaining of blah blah the vitals say blah blah...."

Has anyone who interviewed on Thursday hear back yet?

I heard from people who did the Onc interview in the past that the second round was scenarios and time for you to ask them questions

Do we receive official rejections? it'd be nice to just know and move on.

LOL, I just received a rejection email today from John muir (never even got contacted for an interview) and their interviews were supposed to be like end of June to July. So I assume Hospitals in general might not send official rejections until they have extended their offers to final candidates.

Did anyone interviewing for the PICU get the detailed email we were supposed to get on Friday?

At least for my PICU interview, they did not ask casual questions, but the 5 year plan question was included in the intro.

Not for my PICU interview, they did not ask scenario based questions. This was earlier in the year so I am not sure if they changed things to keep us on our toes. Best to prepare for mostly behavior and some scenario based questions related to the unit and remember they know we are new grads that don't know everything. Show your personality. Also, have good questions to ask, even during the unit tour. Good luck!
