Hi Everyone! Just creating this thread, so we can communicate any updates with each other.

Thanks for starting this! Any idea when we'll hear back?

Of course! Off the top of my head, I believe the website said they will start contacting people on July 18th for interviews. So I think we have a few more weeks of waiting ?

Thanks for starting this thread! What units did you guys apply for?

Good luck to you too! I wonder how many people they'll take into L&D.

Hi Everyone! Thanks so much for creating this thread. I am curious if anyone else applied to CVICU/PICU track. If so, what kind of experience do you have? Good luck to us all! ?

Hi Everyone! Did anyone else know about the ATS software for the LPCH resume? If so, how do you know if your resume is ATS compliant? Thanks!

As far as I know ATS is just 'applicant tracking system.’ In the webinar nothing was said about resumes needing to be compliant with that system. I think the ATS program is just handling everything from a place to submit our app and store our documents, a place for communication about our app status, and maybe some type of filtering system for our qualifications. I think it's all very standard stuff. Unless you heard something else?

Thank you! That is very helpful! I saw someone post on the facebook forum that they were worried their resume wasn't ATS compliant and wouldn't get a call back because of this. I was worried that they may weed out applicants whose resumes don't get a high score (>80%) through their ATS software... not sure if this is accurate though!

Yeah I wouldn't worry. We filled out so much info in their application, so I would think the ATS software is going through all of that info.
