Lucile Packard just opened their next round of applications. Just wanted to start a thread to talk about it! This is my second time applying, and it was so helpful to have support from one another. 

Are you applying/did you apply? What units are you most interested in?

I applied for PICU and Pedi Acute ?

I emailed the nurse recruiter 2 days ago but she has not gotten back to me ? lmk if any of u gusy hear anything!

Thanks for letting us know! I was going to e-mail her as well if we don't hear back today. Either way I hope we get some kind of update... I've been glued to my phone, refreshing my e-mail nonstop since Monday. lmao

Hi everyone, I accepted an offer from Stanford so I will no longer be interviewing for LP. One less person to compete with for the float hem/onc position! Good luck everyone!!

Someone I know got an email for a second interview from ICN Thursday, anyone else hear back?

I haven’t heard anything back either and I interviewed for both NICU/ICN. I think you wee in my panel interview!

For my critical care people, I talked to someone that joined the residency in the last cohort. From what he said, the PICU and CVICU did NOT have second interviews last round, but the Float Team did. He said they were expecting (maybe even told?) that they were getting second interviews, but they got job offers instead. 

I wouldn't completely discount a second interview, but I'm hoping this wait ends sooner than we think ?

Hi everyone! This wait is so agonizing! I interviewed for Acute Care on Jan 13 and haven’t heard back yet. However, I received and accepted my offer for Stanford’s New Grad program. I wish you all the best of luck, hang in there and hopefully you guys hear good news!
