Hey everyone! I was a spring 2014 applicant, I received an alternate letter so I am crossing my fingers I have better luck this semester! I know everyone probably feels like a huge weight is lifted off their shoulders as today was the application deadline. But now the nervousness is kicking in! I created this thread because I figured we all need the moral support - or at least I know I do lol! I hope I can be of help to anyone who may have questions as far as interviews and the time frame of this process! Good Luck to all of you!! :)
I'm so excited I just received my acceptance letter. I live in chalmette like I said on a previous thread this is my second time applying . I made a 73 on the hesi and I had a 3.5 gpa. I think definitely the second time is a charm. My advice to anyone who gets an alternate letter is apply again don't get discourage because its never enough spots for everyone. Me personally I got discouraged the second time. If it's your first time applying and you get an alternate letter that's a good thing, so your second time is definitely going to be great news. Good luck to everyone who's waiting
So I live in the westbank and got a letter. This is my second time applying and the second time I had an interview. I have been placed on the alternate list. I'm hoping for the best here on out. I'm definitely going to confirm my acceptance on the alternate list tomorrow.
What's the first letter of your last name and when did you have your interview?!

What's your GPA & HESI if you don't mind sharing? Still waiting on my letter.

Yes it includes all-white shoes, but you really don't need to worry about that until winter break.
