Nursing Students Online Learning

I'm at a dead end right now and not sure where to go. I'm getting burnt out with nursing I think. My GPA is a 2.0 sadly as I was never good at taking tests, and I want to get back into school. I'm looking for an online school that will accept me. I'm eventually wanting to become a NP. I am only a LPN right now. I'm already 34 and getting discouraged. Any tips?

With that GPA, your best bet will be community college ADN, if you are lucky, sorry that is just the facts,

First of all, you are not 'only' an LPN! You completed a rigorous program and passed NCLEX-PN.

Online LPN-to-RN programs are rare, and if you are not a good test-taker, you might be setting yourself up for failure. I agree, an in-person community college setting with sufficient support in terms of tutoring and a student success center is probably your best bet.

Perhaps you need to take a step back and complete some remedial prerequisites (prereqs to prereqs if you will) first? As I've said many times, just because you're not a good student right now does not mean that is a forever condition. You can improve- it takes time and consistent effort.
