I have been a visitor and part-time poster to this board for a while now and I really have to say what a wonderful human being I think you are...always with an encouraging word and a smile for everyone, it never fails. Kudos to you, darlin! :) (They really need a hug smiley on this board!)

it's ironic that this should be posted. i was thinking just the same thing the other day "we need a smilin' huggy" stephany, you are such a great motivator. thanks for all of the words of encouragement.

i must completely agree w/ all the other posts...you definitely brought me back to reality the other day when i was freaking :eek: about the soap notes...and i have seen you all over allnurses lending encouragement to all...
