Student found a tiny (and I mean TINY) bug on his paper in class. Teacher put it on a piece of tape and sent it down to the health office along with the student. Student is concerned it's lice because his sister has it. So of course I do a head check. Nothing. Examine bug under my magnifying glass. It's so darn small that I honestly can't tell if it's a newly hatched louse or a newly hatched deer tick. Thoughts?

If it were in my office, I would've flushed it :)**additional note: I did not mean to sound rude with the "I don't care" I hope that you were not offended xo -T

You know what it's not (lice). A lot of times we know what it's not but we have no idea what it is...and that's OK.
