Is there anyone else that was on that tiny list of students drawn in the lottery today? I was, and I'm so excited! :)

What do we do now, wait for something in the mail?

Anyone get their packet?/ i emailed yesterday as they said the packets would be mailed out Thursday, but apparently there were not mailed out until Friday evening (so Saturday or possibly Monday) I am getting very nervous as the deadline of 8/1/14 is approaching and i dont know how long everything will take to complete. Anyone else get theirs in the mail yet??

I haven't gotten mine yet. I did get a call today though because of a problem they had finding my test scores, and the lady said that the packet will go out tomorrow (Thursday) so hopefully that's true. Now I don't know if they're sending them out to individuals at different times...or all at once as a group. If they go out as a group, we should have them by the end of the week. I really can't believe how long this is taking.

My packet finally came! could someone who is attending the picnic they are having let me know if they give you any important information. I will still be in Seattle at that time.

7/15 I think. Hopefully yours should get to you soon! we have to have an md fill out physical forms, vaccines, drug test and a few online orientation things.

I was selected too, but I'll be in the 3rd term for the LVN-RN transition! I have yet to receive my packet, but maybe I'll get to meet you guys at the mask fitting or even the picnic if I got an invite! :yes: SUPER EXCITED. Congrats to all of you, we're in for a WILD ride!!!

Still no packet for me either. I called today, but I got the same answer I've gotten every time: "They went out. Call back next week if you still don't have it." I just hope I'm not missing any important deadlines :unsure:

Hopefully I'll see you at the picnic!

Uggggh checked the mail again and NOTHING. I feel like I'm checking for NCLEX results all over again! Haha

I'm sorry that is frustrating!

Make sure you have all your vaccinations done and schedule a physical with your MD- you need to review everything, hearing, sight, bp- the works! thats about all you can do without getting you packet yet.

The good news is: I got my packet!

The bad news is: it was postmarked yesterday...which means they are not being truthful when we ask them questions on the phone

I got my packet also! I'd have to check the postmark, though. That's too bad they have to lie! Which makes me think, Mission College supposedly "sent their decision letters June 19" and I have yet to receive anything in the mail from them either.

I did apply to a few others but im almost 100% going to go here. I am hoping they will give us all of the detail soon so I can work out my plan for re-locating.

Where have you been looking to re-locate? At first I was thinking of commuting from Sacramento but that's totally gonna eat up gas and toll money! Bay Area rent is so expensive compared to Sac, though ;/
