los medanos 2016 rn program

hello, i submitted my rn application this year to los medanos college. i was wondering if anyone else has applied and has gotten any email from the college. they said the results will be within one week, but still i wanted to know if anyone has so far received any emails regarding the application.

OMG! It's 5 and the results are not up. I'm dying!!!

Hi guys, I didn't get in as well. For those of you that didn't get accepted, don't be discouraged! Theres a ton of people that applied at Los Medanos. I am going to reapply at Delta college this Fall semester maybe this is the school for me since its closer. Goodluck everyone and nice talking to you guys. We would all be nurses, just be patient. Here is the letter I got from LMC.

I am pleased to inform you that you are listed among the top candidates on the alternate list for the Los Medanos College RN Program Fall 2016 Class. Being on alternate status” means that you potentially qualify for Conditional Acceptance into the RN Program based on space availability and successfully fulfilling the criteria for admission. Los Medanos College tests only the conditionally accepted students and some students on the RN Program alternate list in order of priority. *[COLOR=black]Taking and successfully completing the TEAS Test does not guarantee an applicant on the alternate list admission to the RN Program.[/COLOR]

Please follow the steps below, should space become available and we reach your number on the alternate list, Los Medanos College will contact you immediately.

Is anyone else an alternate? I noticed that the numbers are listed in order. However, that can't possibly mean that it was randomized that way. Also, if that is the case, I am on the bottom of the list since it is in order. Can any other alternate share thier letter so I can see if it's the same as mine?

Going to LMC would be great since it's 5 min from home. I have also been accepted to CCC, and I am an alternate at CSUEB. Praying for East Bay! Congrats to those accepted, and your time will come for those who were not so stay positive!
