I got in too!! What exactly does this mean for us? Are we guaranteed to eventually be in the program? I got an 81 on TEAs. How do you know if you are conditionally accepted or an alternate?

Thank you guys for the support!

& @Jordelorde congrats girl!!! So for those who got in at LMC it means they will re-evaluate our total score because they will include the TEAs score to your phase I score. And top 30 will get in for this year and the rest who don’t pass with a 62% or higher will go under the remediation program. The remediation program the assist you with studying and I believe take the TEAs one more time. But with the remediation program it sets you back I believe 1 full academic year.

By June 12 whoever hasn’t taken the TEAs will have to complete it.

By June 17th Letter will go out to the top 30 for RN and top 6 for LVN.

after that background check, PPD, CPR, & drug screening. (If students fail or withdraw any of these requirements they will go back to the list of top 80 students from this year and invite to the program)

best of luck everyone!!

if any of you have any tips or suggestions on what materials to use for the TEAs pls let me know ?

Okay great thank you for all the info! Do you know if they will choose from the 80 next year? Because in the handbook it says if you go through the remediation you can get in the program the following year, so I’m just curious to what happens to the people who don’t make the top 30

Use the ATI TEAs testing book to practice!!!! They have really good practice tests and study guides.

@Jordelorde

great question! I’m pretty sure in our top 80 students of this year there are some that are under remediation. I think it all comes down to who has the highest points. If this year those under remediation last year still don’t get in they can only go under remediation one more time at LMC. I think after the second remediation they are out of the program.

so the final points I think is 175?

so if in phase 1 you got 45-60 you then add your teas points so if you got 80 then add that to your phase 1 and that’s your total score.

Use the ATI TEAs testing book to practice!!!! They have really good practice tests and study guides.

I bought the study package that comes with the book and two practice tests. It really helped me! Good Luck to everyone!
