Has anyone applied (or planning on applying) to the RN program at LAHC college? Is there a waitlist that you know of? Any comments, tips, or general info on this school is much appreciated.
Thanks!

I turned in my application and all of my transcripts about two weeks ago. I am also applying to other schools in the area. The local schools are getting fancy about certain classes that must be completed before entry into the program (i.e. Nutrition, Nursing 101, etc.). Does anyone know if Intermediate algebra is a Pre-requisite now, or is it just a graduate requirement? Good Luck to you all.

Some schools require nutrition ( i know Pasadena CC does) but I'm pretty sure Intermediate Algebra is required by most. Do you know is Harbor requires an entry exam? (The TEAS perhaps?)
Good Luck
So i recieved a call from the admissions office at LAHC, and they said that my registration date is June 1st after 9am. I told her that there are no classes that I need, as I've met all the requirements for the RN program I applied to. She obviously did'nt seem to know what i was talking about.
Anyone else hear from then yet?
i would think that would give you an edge tigertjc. 798, thats incredible. This is why i started to apply for rad tech. At this rate, i will be waiting forever, unless i decide to retake all my pre-reqs so that my GPA jumps up. Otherwise why wait, i'm going for rad tech if it comes available. well, we will see if they call anyone. GL to us all.
