oh thank you willowita! i've been studying since last week and finished the whole book already. my weakness is science because i forgot some info from geology and chemistry. i calculated my points and i only have 68 points if i pass the teas test this friday. do you think they will accept me? im really hoping and praying they will. just wondering if you have some info. thanks!

once u pass the teas and if your pre reqs are finished they will invite you in! there is no wait list at lahc for lvns(depending on space)

The ATI test book didn't go over Geology so I can't say whether there certainly is or isn't Geology on the exam. Let's just say I didn't study any Geology.

But all the classes I've taken did prepare me for the science portion: bio, chem, physiology, anatomy, microbio, physics. For chem, I would highly recommend you review the organic chemistry portion of the ATI book.

congratulations Willowita...could you say what your score was or say if it was over 75? if you were using the ATI book alone, would it have prepared you for the test? I have the test in the morning and I am freaking out.

I took the TEAS today, I ran out of time on the last 6 questions on both the reading and math sections. I finished the science with 30 mins to spare....felt really good about the science. I also finished the English section with 5 mins to spare. Not happy with myself right now, but whats done is done. I am just hoping that my science and language section make up for the other two sections...keeping my fingers crossed.
