Curious, has anyone NOT received a letter for the TEAS yet?

They received my final transcript last week and they cashed my check but I haven't gotten a letter yet. I'm just crossing my fingers that it's just the slow mail and not a sign of something else. Anyone else still waiting?

Nothing yet. I called them and they said that my application is still being processed, and that they are still sending out emails for the TEAS exam. Have you heard back from any other schools?

I just turned in my PCC application yesterday, LA Harbor last week, and Rio Hondo today. So nothing yet.

I'm glad to hear LA County is still processing applications. Hopefully we'll both hear back from them soon :) I was just getting paranoid.

This may give you more time to study....I am stressing out, my date for the TEAS is March 3rd....I know the wait is killing you. County is the only school I applied to....that may not be a good thing...

Hello all! I received my invitation letter last Wednesday to take the TEAS test. They scheduled me on March 2 (the only available date). Does anyone of you has information about the nursing program at LA county? If I pass the TEAS test, do you think they will accept me to the program? I'm currently working as LVN. Thank you:nurse:

I finally got my letter on Saturday! But it's a holiday today so I can't schedule my appointment until tomorrow. I really hope they still have spots for March 2nd, since I can't make any of the Saturday dates.

Oh boy. So I called to schedule the TEAS and the only dates open are for this upcoming Friday and Saturday. I have school on Saturday so I have to go with Friday. Good thing I've been studying. Just gotta cram and kick it into high gear now.

Yay!! Good luck to you, my dear!! I'm sure that you'll do well! I, too, got my invitation but I'm out of town during the weekend that they want us to take the exam. So, I had to pay $110 dollars through ATI to reschedule my TEAS appointment!! So expensive, at least for me, but I'll have a little more time to study for it. Let me know how you do. I hope that we both get in together!

Took the TEAS yesterday morning. I'd say that if you used the ATI study book, it will prepare you. Study the whole book. Even things you think you know. Just be mindful of the time. I finished the math and reading sections within 2-3 minutes of the time almost being up. Easy to make mistakes if you're rushing. It'll take a week to get the results. Good luck to you all!
