This is for those of us that will be applying to LA county college of nursing and allied health's fall 2014 semester. I will be submitting my application for the basic RN program tomorrow... Yayyy!!! I am beyond excited, I can't believe this time has finally come!

Yeah, 90. But I worry about "technical" things like " we don't have your transcripts" or " your high school diploma evaluated by wrong agency" ( I finished high school not in US). I called to verify twice, first time they had everything, second time they didn't see some transcript which they saw the day before))). I'm just freaking out too much)))

You should call them and find out. Someone had a situation with them recently where they didn't accept the Polisci and history class and i believe something else. That person would have had 87 points but found out the foreign transcript wasn't equivalent for some reason. That persons points dropped significantly. Better just to ask how many points they calculated for you rather than wonder.

Every single prerequisite and GE class I took in US, in LACC and LAVC. So I dont worry that all my classes are eligible for them. Anyway, I will drive over there to make some changes in my application and ask about transcripts. I will ask for all of us, WHEN they will send us our letters)

What do you mean "make some changes to my application"? I dont think you can change anything as the application closed end of Feb.

I became a citizen of US. I need to inform them as soon as possible. Also if someone's address or name changed via marriage they must change it in their application ( because when they will do background check, it will be a problem).

Please let us know whatever information you get from County when you speak to them! I think none of us expect to hear anything until Mid-June but it'll be nice to hear back earlier.

I hadn't even thought about acceptance/rejection letters until today, hahaha.

Congratulations on your 90 points! I'm sure you will get in but I hear you on the "technical issues"... I, too, get scared that they might lose papers.

Hello everyone! I had nothing to do and decided to call to County and just ask when do they plan send our notification. She said:" mail is still going out." I was like whaaaaat?? So u already started to send letters? ?? She said, yes, we did, but it doesn't go at the same time. For some reason, I don't believe it lol
