Hey everyone! I was just wondering if anyone had any idea how long the "waiting list" at LCCC is. I have heard two years?! Now I understand that they select from a pool of applicants based on various criteria. So, for a person that has all course work complete, how long? Thanks!

I got in for the Fall 2011 as well! It took about 2 years from when I started at LCCC. I am excited to start and also nervous at the same time. If anyone has any suggestions on how to succeed, your advice would be much appreciated! :)

Lorain CCC at Medina county college extension has NO WAIT list for fall 11'!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am only one of 5 students that have applied. They allow 24 students in so go apply. Most of the classes are online anyway.

It's and LPN-RN program. They call it access.

There's not a wait at main campus for that either -from what I've seen of the nurses that I know that are bridging now.

The year plus long waits come from wanting in either the LPN or the RN program.

Oh well that's good news for me, because if they cancel Medina's programs he said I'll probably go to Lorain's main campus.

Yes!. . . I really wanted to go to school 5 minutes from home. It seems like everytime I start to get somewhere there is always something in my way. I am an hour from LorainCCC main campus. A girls gotta do what a girls gotta do, so if they do offer it I may go anyways. I think I will apply to Tri-C and Kent in Twinsburg as well. I just liked Lorain because I am already a student and I no enterance test.
