Looking for Nursing Experience Paid or Volunteer in Manila

Published

Hi Guys!

I am currently out of the country and based in singapore and the nursing agency that I signed up with requires that I get some nursing experience paid or volunteer before the consul interview or else they will drop the petition. I just received recently my uscis approval and I know its still a long way to go.

I need your suggestion regarding hospitals in Manila or Singapore wherein I can apply and get some nursing experience with certification at least 3-6 months preferably OR, CCU or ER.

Hope to hear from you guys!

hi dermachiq

I underwent a 3 months training program at the Manila Doctors Hospital. I had to pay P.5000They had didactic and alot of floor experience at the different departments.Overall it's a good training experience specially if you havent practiced nursing in a while. You can also extend your training and chose a department to be assigned to like ICU and ER.You can just call them and inquire when is the next training their number is 5243011 the training coordinator is Ms. Joy.

:icon_hug: .

Hope this helps

Yes they give a Certificate after you have finished the training. It is just a hospital training (but you'll be doing what regular nurses there are doing too) but I dont think it will be accepted as a work experience by local staffing agencies.

Oh good luck with the training...enjoy and grab the oppurtunity to learn while there, dont be afraid to ask. Remember you'll be paying them for the training so better get your money's worth.:lol2:

I am also looking for volunteer job as a nurse!

Jose Reyes Memorial Hospital is also accepting nurses. The cost of training is 500 a month. Try to check. The add is located somewhere in Bambang. A minimum of 3 mos to train and it is renewable. I don't have tel numbers.
